Yes. KneeVora is an independent brand that sells its adjustable knee brace with dial through its official online store, kneevoora.com. What is the official KneeVora website?

The only official store is kneevoora.com (spelled with a double "o"). Our brand name is KneeVora. KneeVora is not related to supplements, tablets or other sleeves sold under similar names.

Is KneeVora sold on Amazon or in stores?

No. KneeVora is sold only at kneevoora.com. We do not sell on Amazon, Costco, pharmacies or other marketplaces, so listings elsewhere are not ours.

How much does KneeVora cost?

What is KneeVora and how does it work?

KneeVora is a one-piece compression knee sleeve with a small dial on the outer side. Slide it on, centre the cushioned pad over your kneecap and turn the dial until the fit feels snug and secure. Turn the other way to release it. Because you set the tightness yourself, it stays in place on walks and stairs without pinching or sliding down.

Does KneeVora help on stairs?

KneeVora is designed to stay firmly in place through everyday movement, including going up and down stairs, standing up from a chair and long days on your feet. It is a support product, not a medical treatment; if you have a knee condition, follow the advice of your doctor or physiotherapist.

Which size should I order?

Measure around your thigh, 6 in (15 cm) above the kneecap. M: 13.7-15.7 in, L: 15.7-18.1 in, XL: 18.1-21.2 in, XXL: 21.2-24.4 in. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. KneeVora comes in left and right versions, so choose the knee you want to support.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 8-10 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What if it doesn't fit?

Every order is covered by our 60-day fit guarantee: if the size or fit isn't right, email support@kneevoora.com with your order number within 60 days and we will help you. Returns and refunds follow our refund policy.
